Coffea Roasterie launched in 2009 in Sioux Falls and is South Dakota's leading specialty coffee operation, run today by CEO Darin Kaihoi and a four-cafe footprint across Phillips, Highline, Louise, and Dawley Farm. The Louise Avenue location houses the roasting and training lab, while the team co-hosts the Sioux River Roast Off and runs the 'Sioux Falls Strong' partnership that distributed merchandise sales toward the One Sioux Falls pandemic-relief fund.
