Roseline Coffee

Overview

Roseline Coffee was founded in 2012 in Portland by Marty Lopes after he had spent years roasting at Extracto and curating the coffee program at Barista. The name carries two references — Portland's Rose City nickname and the dark red 'roseline' that runs down the centre of a properly-pulled espresso shot, the visual signal of a great extraction — and Roseline has built its reputation on a deliberately limited, fruit-forward, Northwest-style program of expressive single origins.
