They originally traded as Coffee Republic for two years before a UK company of the same name claimed the rights and forced a rebrand — the new name is short for 'How Are You Brewing?' Wiktor and head roaster Dawid Zadara are both certified Q Graders, and HAYB became Polish Brewers Cup coffee sponsor in 2018.
