Red Berry Roasters is a Lahore family-built operation founded by Abubakr Khan that markets itself as Pakistan's first third-wave roaster. The team imports green from origin, stores and sorts in-house, cups blind, and roasts on Probat machines to profiles Khan spent weeks dialling in; the retail-facing 'Experience Lab' adds an aroma bar and guided tastings for customers walking the line from Brazilian comfort cups (Minas Gerais) to juicier Ethiopian Bombe V60s.

Why it matters
