Roast Van Dyke is the British Virgin Islands' first dedicated specialty coffee roastery, located in Soper's Hole at Tortola's West End. The operation small-batch roasts fair-trade and organic green coffee sourced from Central and South American origins including Puerto Rico, Nicaragua, Colombia, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic.
Before Roast Van Dyke, the BVI relied on imported roasted coffee. Establishing roasting infrastructure in a small remote-island market closes the freshness gap for both residents and Soper's Hole's heavy yacht-tourist traffic.
