Tin Coffee Roaster was founded in 2016 in Limassol on the premise that Cypriots shouldn't have to fly somewhere else to drink good coffee. The roastery buys green from named farms and cooperatives, roasts in small weekly batches at SCA-trained Gold Cup standard, and supplies hotels, restaurants, and home brewers across Cyprus from Limassol to Nicosia and Paphos.
Cyprus's coffee culture is built on Greek/Turkish-coffee tradition and Italian-imported espresso. Tin is part of a small cohort of post-2015 island operators dragging the market into third-wave territory — and unlike many local cafes that rebrand imports, Tin actually roasts on-island.
